Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 toyota camry. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to the dealer for a fuel modification; however, the dealer performed recall repairs according to nhtsa campaign id number 10v017000: vehicle speed control: accelerator pedal without the owners consent. Following the recall repairs, the contact stated that the accelerator pedal was unusually hard to engage. She stated that she would had to use her toes with no heel support to assist with depressing the accelerator pedal. The contact was unsatisfied with the recall repairs, stating that her foot would continuously fall off of the accelerator pedal. Both the dealer and the manufacturer were contacted with her concerns but were unable to provide any further assistance. There were no further repairs or modification performed on the vehicle.
