Description of the problem	I have toyota camry 2007 and i live in north texas. I wanted to clean my dashboard once in summer and i saw that it's coming off and it's sticky and i could see my fingernail prints on the dashboard and even while driving it easily gets dented by my nails. Bugs and dust get attached to it, and there is no way for me to remove them which is a health hazard. Also, its reflect on the wind shield specially in sunny days, which is almost everyday in texas, blocks my eye sight and i hardly can see passengers or traffic signs which is really dangerous. After some readings i found that it's a common problem and there was a recall that i missed. I emailed toyota and filed a complaint, but i got disregarded. I called and you told me that the warranty of your car has been expired which was may 2017. I bought the car in october 2016 and by may 2017 there was no summer or hot weather. I never got any email or notice from toyota about this issue. Toyota told me you must pay for that by yourself. I am just a student and cannot either afford replacing the dashboard or changing my car. It's been almost a year since i have been struggling with this issue and i could not find a real solution for my melting dashboard. The maker should stand behind their products with such issues.
