Description of the problem	Sticky, shiny dashboard. The dashboard has gotten soft and gooey and is now very shiny. It makes it almost impossible to see out of the windshield on a sunny day. I have looked it up on line and it is a very common problem. Supposedly toyota notified owners and offered to replace some of them but we moved and were never notified. This is a serious safety issue and i cant for the life of me understand why there has not been a full blown recall. Again, on a sunny day there is so much glare from the dash onto the windshield that it is difficult to see out.
