| Description of the problem | Sticky, shiny dashboard. The dashboard has gotten soft and gooey and is now very shiny. It makes it almost impossible to see out of the windshield on a sunny day. I have looked it up on line and it is a very common problem. Supposedly toyota notified owners and offered to replace some of them but we moved and were never notified. This is a serious safety issue and i cant for the life of me understand why there has not been a full blown recall. Again, on a sunny day there is so much glare from the dash onto the windshield that it is difficult to see out. |
