Description of the problem	2007 camry indigo blue paint scratches. Under each entry door handle there are tons of scratches, as if you have many rings on your fingers scratching the paint. I bought the car new in 2007 and this issue presented itself from the beginning. It's like the top layer of paint will not stay on because you can see the primer layer right under the blue paint scratches.
