Description of the problem	I have brought my vehicle in several times complaining about my shiny, sticky, and dangerous dashboard. It is a recall but my toyota dealership advised me it would be over $2500 to replace. After call the head corporation it was dropped down but i still can't afford it. It is extremely dangerous and distracting i try to cover the shininess but whatever touches the dash gets stuck to it and i am loosing piece after piece. It is not safe to drive when it is sunny or raining as the reflection shines right in my view while driving. I live in florida and it is always one or the other here. Thank you for addressing this.
