Description of the problem	I began noticing that the dashboard of my camry was becoming shiny/wet looking approx a year ago. It has progressively gotten worse and now it is so bad that there is a glare on my windshield during daylight driving. This vehicle stays in an enclosed garage and no harsh/caustic cleaning agents have ever been applied to the dashboard. The dashboard is soft and sticky. It is literally melting! Additionally, there is a foul odor as a result of the melting dashboard.
