Description of the problem	Dashboard is very shiny and when attempted to clean, discovered it was very sticky. Over the years it has spread from the part of the dash closest to the windshield and now includes the entire surface. It's so melted you can take chunks out of it with just your fingernail. And the glare from the shine reflecting off the windshield is blinding at times. I think this is a safety concern that originates from a poorly manufactured part and should be recalled by toyota.
