Description of the problem	I returned from the northeast. My car was in my garage. My entire dashboard seemed to be melting. You could put your hand on it and your hand would stick to it. It was very dangerous because it was very shiny and the dash would be reflected in the front windshield. You were unable to see clearly through the window. It's happened every october when i return to florida, toyota wouldn't acknowledge that it was their responsibility or even a problem. I just found out through a local news story that many car owners in our area have the same problem.
