Description of the problem	The dash has become very sticky and shiny like it is melting. When you drive towards the sun, the glare off the shiny dash is so bad you cannot see out of the windshield. Toyota will not recognize that there is a problem and will only give a small loyalty amount towards the repair since the vehicle is out of warranty. I have been talking to toyota for since 2011 and they are not willing to help. This is a tremendous safety issue.
