Description of the problem	2007 camry le with only 24000 km middle heat shield rusted hanging. Toyota in guelph ontario removed it because it has rusted so it does not fall off. They wanted to charge me $300 cdn to reinstall new one. Should not this be covered by bumper to bumper warranty? I think this is big safety item because it is large piece and if it would have fallen off on highway it could cause injury or death. Again my car has only 24000 km .
