Description of the problem	2007 toyota camry hybrid brake actuator failure. Toyota enhanced warranty extended the manufacturing defect for both time and mileage. The time frame has expired but the mileage allotment was not even close to end (only 103,000 miles on car). This defect should have been a recall since this is a common issue to numerous toyota camry's. They issued the enhanced warranty to reduce the financial burden of a recall and limit the number of complaints by only assisting owners who experienced this brake failure during their time frame. I am a senior who only drives the car to the grocery store. When returning from shopping, all the brake and anti skid lights lit up and we took the car straight home. We then took car to dealership the next day. I am being penalized because i am a senior who does not use their car excessively. The enhanced warranty time frame has expired, but the mileage allotment was not even close. This is a manufacturing defect and the car should have been recalled years ago.
