Description of the problem	I was driving down a hill about 5mph because it was snowing and there were cars infront of me. I was slowly pressing the brake and then the brake pedal got stuck and i couldn't control the brake, the wheels had locked to and i kept on sliding and i went head on in an suv. Car is totaled and i sustained neck, back, knee, and shoulder injuries. And also i don't know if there was a fire but after the airbags deployed there was a lot of smoke coming from everywhere.
