Description of the problem	Like many others with this particular car (hybrid), check vsc system warning came on along with many warning lights on the car and the brakes stopped functioning properly. Instead of normal breaking, it now takes pushing them all the way down sometimes. Toyota dealer quotes $2600 for the same repair (part replacement) that lots of other people are griping about online?
