Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 toyota camry. The vehicle was previously serviced for the recalls associated with nhtsa campaign id number 09v388000 and 10v017000, vehicle speed control, accelerator pedal. Upon receiving the vehicle from an authorized dealer the contact stated that he felt the vehicle vibrating while driving approximately 35 mph and the vibrations got more violent when pressure was applied to the brakes. The vehicle would also began to move to the left and right while pressure was applied to the brakes. The vehicle was taken back to the authorized dealer who stated that the failures were normal while the vehicle was adapting to its new computer. The vehicle was not repaired and the failure continued to recur. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer again who stated that the brakes needed to be replaced. The failure and current mileages were 90,600.
