| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 toyota camry. While driving at 30 mph, the contact stated that it was very difficult to get the vehicle to come to a complete stop. She had to re-adjust her seat to be able to engage the brakes. The contact inspected under the hood and noticed that a bolt had dislodged from the engine mount and had punctured two of the brake lines. The vehicle was at the dealership at the time of the complaint where the brake lines were being replaced. The current and failure mileages were 53,035. |
