Description of the problem	On more than occasion the drivers side seat belt has become inoperable. It appears that it does not retract properly and will not release so that the driver can put it on. After several hours or days it will finally retract and begin to work again. This problem was reported to the dealer and was working when we took it in. Nothing was done. It is going in again because it is happening more often and lasting longer.
