| Description of the problem | The oil light on my 2007 toyota camry comes on before the required oil change is due. When i take it to the dealership, they say it is low on oil & it is normal to burn about a quart of oil for every 700 - 1000 miles & i need to check it between oil changes and probably add additional oil. There is not an oil leak and several other 2007 camry owners have reported the same issue and response. Additionally, i own a 1998 camry and it has never been low on oil. |
