Description of the problem	The flexplate shredded from the mounting to the engine and torque converter clutch. The problem was noticed while it was at the toyota service garage. It all fell apart as they were dismantling it. This would have caused a serious accident if i was driving down the highway causing the power train to seize up and discharge flying metal.
