| Description of the problem | After taking my camry xle into the dealer for a "check vsc system" warning on the dash, and some unusual shifting and hesitation, they said it was taken care of. The problem came back within a few days and worsened. While on the freeway the transmission completely gave out and the car was completely immobile, with only 30,000 on the car. Dealer sent away for a new transmission and replaced it with a note that it had been soaked in an unknown fluid, and their could be some residual liquid in the new transmission. The "check vsc light" still flicks on occasionally at start up. |
