| Description of the problem | The problem i've encountered centers around the transmission. There is a hesitation when the car shifts gears, either when getting up to speed or slowing down to stop. One toyota dealer told me it was a problem with the transmission-related software that could be fixed via an upgrade. However, the problem persists. As a result, i took it to another toyota dealer and the representative of the service department told me there was not an issue at all. This occurred after he "test-drove" it for 3 miles. |
