Description of the problem	Ongoing issue the car burns oil like crazy. I have to add oil before my next oil change is scheduled (every 3000 miles). There is black soot buildup in the gas tank door around the cap. It has been like this awhile, just never thought anything of it until i met a fellow camry owner who's 2009 camry was recalled for the exact same issue but mine does not have the recall. The black soot has been there basically from the very beginning (2007), it started noticeably burning oil at about 130000 miles, the car is now at about 163000
