Description of the problem	Toyota needs to be held responsible 4 the unexpected acceleration of these vehicles. Make them test it under 32 degrees and the rpms will almost always increase and decrease abruptly though giving gas at a steady pace. It's happened every year every winter since i bought the car new. The pedal fix/recall was a slap in the face to those of us who suspect it is an engine or electrical issue. It must be tested in cold cold weather and upon the car just starting to run. It does seem to subside as the engine warms but on the next cold day the car tries to accelerate itself again
