Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota camry. The contact stated that the passenger side headlight had become abnormally hazy. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was advised that the repair kit that would be utilized on his vehicle would require repairing both headlights as opposed to just the one faulty headlight. Both headlights were buffed and sanded. The contact stated that the headlights were excessively bright and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer. The dealer sanded and buffed the headlights a second time and recoated them with plastic but to no avail. The entire headlight was then replaced but the failure persisted. The contact called the manufacturer but no assistance was offered. The vehicle was not further repaired. The contact expressed that he did not feel secure driving the vehicle at night.
