| Description of the problem | I was driving a 2007 camry in san jose, california on january 29, 2009. Involved in a solo accident and i suffered a concussion so i have amnesia about the actual accident. Post-accident photographs from the investigator from mercury insurance company confirms in two separate photos that carpeted floor mat was wedged up into the brake/accelerator area. I have filed a civil lawsuit against toyota motor sales, u. S. A., inc. In santa clara county. Toyota has yet to accept responsibility for accident. First case management conference is scheduled for may of this year. |
