Description of the problem	I had an oil change 2k miles ago by a certified toyota dealership and yesterday noticed that my oil light kept turning on as i accelerated and decelerated. Checked the oil with the dipstick and it was not registering. Had to put 3 quarts of oil in to bring it back up to full. Had toyota check and there were no leaks. Said that its uncommon that this is happening. And it could be burning oil. That's 1 quart every 1000 miles which is unheard of! I checked online after my visit with toyota and found out that there is a widespread problem! I only have 76k on the engine and my warranty ran out at 65k. Dealer said either pay to have the engine rebuilt or buy a new car. Then said that he suggests to buy a new car and dump this one before the problem gets worse!!!
