Description of the problem	Engine revs up on its own and the car suddenly accelerates once reaching 95mph w/o my foot being on the gas. The brakes do not respond at first and when they do the car begins to shake violently; it takes about 3 to 4 min to get the car to slow down. Pulling the hand brake does nothing. Thus far this has happened four times. The first time once i got down to 15mph i just turned off the motor. The other times the car was put in neutral then park while the engine continued to rev as if it were going 75 or 80 and the tires wanted to roll the car was jumping. Every time we were on the highway and lucky enough to have been able to maneuver between the traffic. The car has been taken to the service department at the dealership twice overall it has been there for 3 and a half weeks, the service people have been unable to replicate the problem. The car was inspected by a toyota tech and deemed fine to operate. My husband and i are afraid to drive the car not only for ourselves but for everyone else who is on the road.
