Description of the problem	2007 toyota camry: vehicle fails to accelerate from a stop or at low speeds creating a potentially unsafe situation. Toyota has been notified of this issue and has attempted to resolve it. Each attempt resulted in an "unable to duplicate". A tsb has been performed on the vehicle and this has not corrected to issue.
