Description of the problem	I wanted to pass along this fix as the tsb seem not to have a solution . I have filed this under electrical as this is the common symptoms (dash gauges jump) ; however the failure is in the brakes (abs distribution). I first noticed my dash gauges (temp, tach, speedometer, and transmission selection) were jumpy or non operative. It resembled a low battery problem. The dealer 1st suggested i replace battery--still has problem, then they stated they found loose wire under dash--still had problem, finally (after i explained there were many online complaints of others with remedies that did not work) they advised toyota had a tsb for the abs distribution that would cause dash gauges to work erratically. Part was replaced under extended warranty. Car seems fine... A plus, car no longer feels like brakes are dragging when letting off accelerator pedal. I hope this helps others.
