| Description of the problem | 2007 toyota camry xle -- i saw something on tv that there may be in an issue with power grids/electro magnetic fields and the newer camry's. My wife has a 2007 camry and there is full block in downtown tampa (next to teco our hq for power in tampa) that her push-button start will absolutely not work. Initially, i thought it was a battery issue with the responder and replaced it. The push button start worked everywhere except next to this grid and is still an issue -- we have to park one block away to go to that area. Although, there are no direct safety issues with this issue it may be good information for your overall study. There is definitely something there preventing her car to work correctly. Other vehicles in this same area have the same issue. |
