Description of the problem	The us federal trade commission has determined in its 2006 & 2007 reports that the toyota camry was the highest listed vehicle to be arbitrated. The failure i encountered was that the vehicle failed to move or react when you applied the gas pedal, this is due to a serious gap in response time due to the toyota "drive by wire" process, software flash updates per the tsb-ecm are not solving the problem, which led to my accident, this problem may have the potential for causing serious injury or death as a result of not being able to accelerate out of harms way.
