The contact stated that while driving at 45 mph, the anti- brake system warning light illuminated and all the various gauges on the instrument cluster started to fluctuate. In addition, the air conditioner started to blow hot air and the brakes hesitated to respond. The failure recurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed that the anti-brake module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
