Description of the problem	When driving brake and abs light comes on and speedometer goes to 0 mph also ac stop working. Went to a toyota dealer they say it's the battery. Tested the battery got 12v, told them i'm not stupid. Toyota forum shows a lot of people having the same problem. What toyota waiting for to place a recall for this problem that can be fatal ?
