Description of the problem	I was stop at the stop light waiting for the light to turn green. When light turn green, i proceeded to make left hand turn into the undivided ramp. The steering would not return to the right. I turn the steering wheel as fast as i can to the right, but vehicle would not go to the right. On coming traffic hit me head on and collided head on with no air bags deployed at all. Bruised on head due to hitting head on driver side window. Insurance company had taken all parts for investigation. My left wheel was torn in half like it was open up by a can opening. Ball joints were off also.
