Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owned a 2007 toyota camry. The contact stated that while driving approximately 15 mph, a vehicle crashed into his front driver door and the front end of his vehicle. He lost control of the vehicle, drove over a curb and crashed into a fire hydrant. The air bags did not deploy. Two passengers sustained injuries to the neck, back, abdomen, and whiplash. They were taken to the hospital and they were discharged. A police report was filed. Toyota usa stated that it depends on where the vehicle was struck and the speed involved which determined if the air bag should deploy or not. The vehicle was destroyed. The failure mileage was approximately 14,000.
