Description of the problem	Tl* the owned 2009 toyota camry. The contact stated that while driving at 40mph on a highway his vehicle was impacted on the front passenger side which caused him to crash into the medium, none of the airbags deployed and the seatbelt failed to restrain the contact causing the contact to hit the steering wheel at the time of the crash. The contact suffered sever chest bruising and leg injuries and was transported to the hospital by ambulance. The contact stated that no warning lights illuminated, the vehicle was towed to an impound lot. The vehicle was taken to independent mechanic awaiting to if it will be repaired or totaled.
