Description of the problem	Driver of 2007 toyota camry was struck head-on by dodge caravan while traveling at approximately 39 mph. The off-center frontal impact caused moderate to severe damage to the front bumper/hood/engine area/driver side fender with slight to moderate deformation of the driver's compartment. Driver of camry was fatally injured due to blunt force trauma to the chest which resulted in an aortic tear.
