| Description of the problem | The nut that holds the driver's side windshield wiper arm to its motor shaft loosened and caused the arm to vibrate. If the nut had loosened further, the windshield wiper arm and blade could come off causing total loss of visibility in rain or other windshield debris conditions. The nut was easy to tighten and required only approx 180 deg clockwise rotation to tighten. The passenger side wiper arm was not loose. This is a safety issue that should be addressed on all camrys. |
