| Description of the problem | I was in a parking space when the car took off (with my foot on the brake) and the car went into a brick beam on the outside of a store front. The air bags did not deploy despite the entire front-end of the car is completely caved in. I questioned myself but knew there is no way possible that i could hit the gas and cause that amount of damage. I heard the engine surge before the car ran up the brick piece on the ground before it went up the sidewalk and hit the brick beam. During the entire accident i tried to stop the car but could not gain control. The ground was dry therefore rain was not an issue. *jb |
