| Description of the problem | Dt*: the contact stated the he was applying the brake while pulling into a parking lot when the vehicle lunged forward. The consumer continued to apply the brake but the vehicle continued very slowly forward until it went throught a store's glass window. The police determined the contact must have accidentally depressed the accelerator pedal, but the contact denied the determination.
