Description of the problem	In may 2007, my i was driving my 2006 toyota camry when it suddenly accelerated to an uncontrollable speed, the steering kept veering to the left and the brakes did not stop the car. The car went down about 30 feet into a gully before slamming into a cement column. The car was totally destroyed and i sustained injuries. In a series of correspondence toyota motor sales denied any defect in the car and made no attempt to pay damages. I had previously taken the car to the dealers for brakes adjustment and i complained of a clumsiness when accelerating; the dealer adjusted the brakes but said that the noise and clumsiness was the normal acceleration for the throttle for the v6 engine.
