Description of the problem	The front passenger seat belt gets tangled whenever it is pulled out in order to buckle when someone is sitting in the passenger seat. This does not happen on the driver's side. Normally you have to move the adjustable slide for the seat belt oh the side of the car up and down repeatedly in order to get the seat belt entangled in order to use it properly. It has now become fully extended and will not retract at all making it unusable. I bought the car used in 2011 and it has been happening since then.
