Description of the problem	Tl- the contact noticed a rattle and heard squeaky noise coming from the front dash and center console of the 2006 toyota camry on the day of purchase. The vehicle will decelerate while driving and vibrate when first turned on. The dealer replaced the dash after keeping the vehicle for two weeks. However, the contact did not see any work was done on the vehicle. The noise still occurred . The contact took the vehicle 4 - 5 times to the dealer with no resolution since the vehicle was purchased in june 23 2006. The contact stated that the vehicle was only giving 23 miles per gallon, no way near the 40 miles per gallon advertised by the manufacturer. The failure mileage was 30 miles , and the current mileage was 10,200 miles.ak
