| Description of the problem | Air bag light came on intermittently for weeks before coming on in february 2015. Thinking it was not urgent, i took the car into the dealership and they ran the code. They informed me that the air bag computer sensor had failed which was located in the passenger seat and had to be replaced, totally $3300 for parts. Air bags may not deploy properly or deploy unexpectedly until fixed. Expensive repair for car nearing end of its life. |
