Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2006 toyota camry. While driving 35 mph a vehicle in front of her proceeded through a stop sign causing the driver to crash and rear end another vehicle. Upon impact the driver side air bag did not deploy causing the driver to sustain injuries to her chest, left leg and broken fingers on her left hand. The contact did not notice any failures with the air bag system prior to the failure. A police report was filed. The vehicle was inspected by an insurance adjuster who was unable to determine why the air bags did not deploy and confirmed that the vehicle was destroyed.
