Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2004 toyota camry. The contact stated that the wheel balancing lead weight detached from the vehicle. The vehicle has aluminum alloy rims. The weight detached from the rim and became lodged between the brake caliper and the wheel. The dealer re-balanced the wheel. If the weight had entered into the caliper, the brakes would have completely failed. The failure mileage was 35,000.
