Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2004 toyota camry. The contact stated that when shifted into reverse, the vehicle abnormally accelerated without warning. He engaged the emergency brake but the vehicle continued to accelerate. The vehicle then abruptly made a ninety degree turn and continued to accelerate forward. After accelerating for more than two hundred feet, the contact was able to idle the vehicle. The contact sustained an injured shoulder as a result of the intensity of the acceleration and turn.
