Description of the problem | I experienced the sudden acceleration problem (which has been in the news) in may of last year. I was able to stop the car after putting it into neutral and shut off the engine. When i restarted it, it performed normally. I then drove it directly to my repair shop where they could find nothing wrong. It has not recurred since. I own a 2004 toyota camry with about 72,000 miles on it. |
