| Description of the problem | On 7-23-06, an accident occurred exiting a parking lot. The accelerator stuck and the driver could not stop the car with the brakes. Over $10,000 in damage plus bodily injury occurred. This is not the first time it happened. A similar accident occurred on 12/30/04. Complaints were also periodically made to the dealer about the brakes made to the dealer. A formal complaint was finally made to toyota usa asking them to buy back the car.
