Description of the problem	The dash began to have small cracking a few years ago but i didn't think much of it but just this month the cracks enlarged and spread. I looked on line to see if others were having a problem and many people had. I phoned toyota 800-331-4331 and described the problem. They told me that they had a recall program but it expired may 31 2017 and they can't do anything about it now. They said they sent me a letter via us mail but i told them i never received it nor was i aware of their recall program. She also said if my dealership had noticed it they could have told me about it. I had my car in the dealership 12/2017 and they never mentioned anything about a recall program. I get my oil changed somewhere else closer to home and didn't have my car in to the dealer since 12/2017 so the toyota support person told me there is nothing they have to do for me now. I feel toyota never notified me about this recall program and would like them to fix or replace my dash board.
