Car has 11,000 miles, stored inside and under a custom cover. In addition to the cracks, the vinyl covering is very sticky to the touch and emits a strong odor. Toyota declined to address the problem on two occasions while under warranty and has now washed their hands of the issue due to a lapsed warranty.
